Who we can sell to.
Wholesale pricing exists because the buyer is doing the selling. Keeping the list to genuine resellers is what keeps it worth being on.
- You resell what you buy
- A shop, a booth, a stand, a vending route, a live channel, or an online store. We sell to businesses that put product in front of customers.
- You have a resale certificate
- Or you are in the middle of getting one. We need it on file before the first shipment goes out, but not before you apply.
- You are buying to sell, not to eat
- We do not sell to consumers. If you want candy for a party, a retail shop will serve you better and cheaper than we can.

We reply within one business day, and we will say plainly if we are not the right supplier for what you are doing.
Real product, bought the right way.
Anyone can list candy. What a shop owner is buying is the confidence that what arrives is authentic, in date, and legal to resell.
KBL-WAY is an independent distributor. We name the brands we stock to describe the goods. We are not an authorised agent for any of them.
- Channel
- Bought from manufacturers, their authorised wholesalers, and licensed importers. Never from consumer marketplaces or unverified resellers.
- Condition
- Everything ships sealed and in original manufacturer packaging. We do not repack, relabel, or re-date product, and we do not sell seconds as first-quality.
- Dating
- Stock is rotated first-in-first-out. Any line shipping with under 90 days of shelf life is disclosed before your order is confirmed, not after it arrives.
- Imports
- Imported lines are landed through licensed importers and carry English-language ingredient and allergen panels for US resale.
- Recalls
- If a lot you bought is recalled, we contact you directly with the lot codes and issue credit. We keep lot records against every order for this reason.
Questions we get asked.
Why is there no pricing on the site?
Because it would be wrong within a week. Confectionery cost moves with sugar, cocoa, freight, and season, so a published sheet either goes stale or gets padded to survive it. Approved accounts get current pricing against current stock.
Can I place an order through this website?
No. Orders run through a person by email or phone, so availability, dating, and freight are confirmed before you commit to anything. Our retail store is a separate project.
Do you have a physical storefront I can visit?
We are a wholesale operation, not a retail shop, so there is no walk-in counter. Established accounts are welcome to arrange a pickup or a look at the floor by appointment.
How do you handle chocolate in summer?
Chocolate moves on a temperature-controlled lane from May through September. It costs more to ship, and you will see that cost before you order rather than after it melts.
What if something arrives damaged or short?
Photograph it and tell us within five business days. Credit or replacement, our choice of which, and we cover return freight when the fault is ours. Full detail is on the policies page.
Do you drop-ship to my customers?
Not at the moment. Everything ships to your business address so you can check the goods before your customer sees them — which, on a live selling channel, is the difference between a good show and a refund.
